What's so hard about making it create the folder under the mail folder, which literally has to be there before you set up Contact/Calendar Synching because it won't proceed without mail set up? I've tried removing all of my other mail accounts in case it was causing an issue, and it still does it. I've removed it because I refuse to use something that litters my folder list like this.
